The West Nassau Historical Society operates the new West Nassau Museum of History. New members with experience in museum operations are encouraged to be a part of this new venture as we expand. Welcome to our family of members.

The society's mission is to bring together those who are dedicated to the preservation and accurate presentation of the rich history of West Nassau County and the State of Florida; and to foster a greater interest in and appreciation of the priceless heritage among the people of West Nassau County, Florida, and the nation. Understanding the history of our county community is basic to our democratic way of life and gives us a better understanding of our American heritage.
